Ikigai

The world Ikigai is a Japanese concept that combines the terms iki, meaning “alive” or “life,” and gai, meaning “benefit” or “worth.” When combined, these terms mean life worth, meaning, or purpose. It is aligned with a sense of a life well lived, leading to the highest and most lasting form of happiness.

Ikigai is designed by four-time President ’s Design Award winner Yip Yuen Hong whose simplicity takes the centre of the design concept.
